Acupuncture Initial         

Acupuncture is a form of treatment in traditional Chinese Medicine using thin, sterile needles inserted into selected points on the body. Acupuncture is used to treat a vast range of conditions ranging from pain, hormonal imbalances, mental-emotional imbalances, to internal medicine.

Initial session includes:

  • complete medical history

  • tongue & pulse diagnosis

  • physical exam (if applicable)

  • recommended treatment plan

  • acupuncture session

  • take-home recommendations (nutrition, home exercises such as breath-work, and more)


Acupuncture Follow-up

Follow-up Acupuncture sessions include update on progress, tongue and pulse evaluation, recommended lifestyle suggestions, and may include the below services if needed.




Reiki is the placement of hands gently on, or a few inches above, the body to elicit relaxation and stress reduction. With the release of stress, Reiki supports the body's innate ability to heal itself. Reiki works on all levels of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual discords Conditions that benefit from Reiki include pain reduction, pre- and post-pregnancy discomfort, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, and more.


Tui na


Tui Na is a form of massage using rhythmic motion to manipulate and loosen the muscle and tendons of the body; while opening the meridian channels including the muscles and blood vessels to supply ample flow of blood and nutrients to the once constraint areas.

Tui Na is used to treat both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and is gentle enough for all including infants, children, and the elderly.




Cupping is using sterile, glass cups and using a suction to place on the body such as the back, shoulders, legs, and more.

The purpose of cupping is to improve circulation, release tension and chronic trauma, and open up the affected areas.  Cupping helps alleviate pain, improve range of motion, release muscle knots, and more. 


Herbal Consultation

Herbal Consultations are offered for both Western Herbalism and Eastern Herbalism, which could be used for both chronic and acute conditions such as allergies, digestive complaints, nervous tension, pain, and more.

The herbal consultation includes an intake on the history and complaint, dietary lifestyles, and few other customize questions to determine one's constitution; then, an herbal remedy will be prescribed in either a herbal tea, herbal extract, or salve form. Herbal products are available to pre-order and can be mailed directly to the customer.
